It’s incredibly disheartening to share my experience regarding the ongoing lift issue at Commercial Building of little earth Mamurdi, Kiwale, Pune. For the past 30
days, the lift problem has persisted without any effective resolution from the management team.
Not only has the team failed to support us adequately, but they’ve also consistently delayed finding a solution. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparent communication regarding why this problem persists for such an extended period.
It’s concerning that a seemingly minor issue like a malfunctioning lift has taken this long to address. This situation raises serious doubts about the building management’s ability to handle future issues efficiently. How can we trust them to address any other problems that may arise in the future if they can’t even handle something as fundamental as a lift malfunction?
As a owner of shop from this commercial building, I expect better responsiveness and accountability from the management team. It’s imperative that they take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure better communication moving forward. Otherwise, it calls into question the reliability and professionalism of the entire management system.
