Only location wise is very good.
Problem is with builder providing quality of material.
If some one ask me the rating for builder I will say

Lot of issues like:-
Gas pipeline mention in brochure but builder is not going to resident is pending because builder is not going to pay security deposit.
There is no corporation water inside society every where commitment which is false I be leave on what I see now.
-Society common area level is big issues you can see easily lots of up & down.
- Terrace water directly coming on floor block in common area which may ugly & dirty in all season specially in rainy season.
-Parking are not yet assign.
-Door, lock quality not good as expected by cost of property.
-No attractive lobby or anything you can see easily.
-Quality of plaster & construction inside flat is not good you can check easily.
