"I am writing to warn others about my extremely disappointing experience with San City Projects. In 2019, I purchased a site in their Kaveri Project, Hunsuru, and paid the full amount, including water and road development and registration fees. However, despite my full payment, the registration process remains incomplete.
To make matters worse, the developers have failed to uphold their commitments, leading me to believe that this is a clear case of fraud. Recently, the builder informed me that the project has been canceled and demanded that I pay three times the original amount I paid to secure an alternative location.
I strongly advise everyone to exercise extreme caution and avoid doing business with San City Projects. Their unethical practices and failure to deliver on promises have caused me significant financial and emotional distress."
