If I could give negative, I would have given. They have hired goons in the name of sales team. Property has all the problems mentioned in all of the reviews. Sales team won’t tell you that and they will force you to do a booking with some booking amount and in case you don’t like the property, they won’t refund you the money. They have opened a chit fund and are scamming people. Such a big developer and things that they do is like D class developer. while booking they told me it’s only flat available and took money later we came to know it was lie then they refused to refund money stating they don’t refund booking amount, buyers be causiuos before taking any property from sattva. we are trying to reach owner to get money back , if we don’t then court will be option left for us.
