Poor customer service after the flat is sold
Amenities are not provided as per the brochure which is a clear case of breach of trust
Basic facilities, such as, STP and parking space are not taken care of the builder. STP doesn’t function properly and the builder is least bothered about the issue. Builder is trying to create additional parking spaces than what can be accommodated in the given area
