CAUTION and ALERT: While Shapoorji Pallonji is going to build only 1000 thousand flats in phase 8 in New town, Kolkata, but they fooled public by placing frequent whole front page ads in leading newspapers and sold lakhs of application kits priced at Rs 800/- each( non refundable) . Not even 0.1% of applicants have been allotted the flats through their so called lottery by Shapoorji Pallonji . The rest 99.9% applicants have been defrauded of Rs 800/- each. Moreover they took deposit of Rs one lakh during application, which they refunded only after four months to the unsuccessful applicants, thus again defrauding the interest amount on Rs one lakh for four months. If Shapoorji Pallonji can build only one thousand flats, why they sold lakhs of application brochures at Rs 800 a piece, and took one lakh rupees from each of the lakhs of applicant? Its high time that the govt acts stringently against such fraudulent and illegal business practices of this fraud builder company Shapoorji Pallonji, whose main business is not to build apartment buildings, but to make money by luring and cheating gullible public by their fraudulent lottery schemes held periodically under names such as SP sukhobristi phase 8. I advice the public to be beware and avoid any such fraudulent schemes of this fraud builder Shapoorji Pallonji in future which they will start again under the name of "SP Sukhobrishti Phase 9 Maha Dhamaka limited time offer of flats at unbelievable low price".
