I purchased a property from Sri Krishna Group called Sri Krishna’s Residency in BTM 4th Stage. They assured me of power backup supplied by reputable DC brands like Mahindra or Tata. Despite more than three years passing since occupancy, we have yet to receive the promised power backup. I acquired the flat through Miss Uzma, the Sales Head of Sri Krishna Group, and the builder’s name is Mr. Rambhupal Reddy, the owner of Sri Krishna Group.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Ram Reddy via phone calls, he has not responded. Occasionally, he assures that the issue will be resolved within a month, but this has never materialized. I am sharing my experience here to alert others.
If you are considering purchasing property from Ram Reddy, Uzma, or Sri Krishna Group, it is essential to ensure that you have received all the facilities as per the agreement before making the final payment. Otherwise, there is a risk that you may never receive them.
