This builder is a fraud. He is local builder and you will not get possession once you pay your money. There are so many flats empty in this building of J1 & K1. Banks donot provide loans. Some glats are sealed by banks. I took the flat 11 years back and still didnot get possession. The builder and his sales team will always tell you lies that they are in the process, etc. They have promised 2 lifts but fitted our building with only one lift. Poor water supply, electric connection is not transferred on owners name. Don’t get into the words of these fake people and buy flat in swapna nagri. You will not get any amenities as promised. You can checkout the under construction of club house. This is getting ready for last 11 years. Pls be aware of this and invest your hard earned money in some renowned builders construction.
