Such a pathetic, disgusting customer service. Booked a unit in Shriram 107 southeast, E-City Bangalore and made 10% payment as upfront payment. Until they collect the initial payment, they were prompt and accurate, since then no response to client emails on any queries and did not execute the sale agreement for 2.5 months for lame reasons. All my escalation emails and calls went unanswered. Simply took money from customers and playing around with no ethics/liability on clients’ concerns.
Just for the brand name SHRIRAM booked a unit but feeling so disappointed, fooled, looted.
Strongly avoid going to Shriram as they are no different than broadlight looting company with false promises and extremely poor customer service.
