Avoid buying any properties from the Shriram properties group. You will badly repent. The quality of construction is the worst, they will compromise on the quality, amenities etc. They tend to project their properties as extraordinary but, you will suffer the rest of your life if you buy one. Recently they came out with Shriram Blue and the advertisement portrayed Whitefield negatively in their add " Avoid Chaos of Whitefield" when they they have their projects in Whitefield . Don’t ever trust this company, they are ruthless. Don’t go with their colorful marking stunts.
