They Don’t keep up their words. Definitely don’t book anything in prelaunch state. Full of false promise and they change the cost sheet whenever they wish.


Recently booked a flat in Shriram Sapphire(CODENAME ULTIMATE) 2 BHK starts from 75L for a carpet area of 700 Sqfeet and 2027 handover. Isn’t it too costly?
