Siddha after taking 100% of my payment has made false promise of delivering the flat. The Property is 3 years delayed as per RERA and is nowhere near to complete. The builder should be awarded the worst builder of Kolkata. No value of the MD’s commitment. Very bad experience. Better to take legal action against the builder.
