Pritam vilas rathore from siddhashila group is the fraud builder third class construction lot of leakage and seepage issue , wall crack in the flat at several places in almost every flat and nobody revert even after several follow up.Once u got your handover u r on ur own and they don’t cares for u.we got parking in basement which become a pond in rainy season and vehicles floats in the parking space, Solution provided for this issue is a major flop and we are facing issue from 3 years.please don’t buy any property from this builder.
