I also have house in jolly tower in sikka kamna, we booked our home 2011 and still have not got our home. We have payed 90% payment already and still waiting for our home. We visited the site in Dec 2022 and they said it will just take 2 months and by looking the site it will take atleast 1 year We have pics and videos also. We did live in delhi and it’s very hard for us visit again and again. We are getting letter from builder to pay rest of the money or they will cancel the allotment, we have suffered enough. What should we all do to fight with this situation. They are asking for unnecessary charges that we did own. Kindly advice what to do in this situation.
