I booked flat in September 2015 in Avenues 2.At the time of booking I was told that the possession would be by 2019.When rera came in picture they extended the possession by 2 years.
Sunteck don’t follow rera guidelines for payment.L&T construction and disney theme disappeared as the time passes.Their guys are good in imposing interest whenever they get opportunity
I regret my decision of spending so much money on this lousy project.
