Sunteck is a major real estate brand in the city, however, if you look at their projects closely, there are a lot of gaps in the construction quality. The painting and flooring look and feel sub-par. The materials used look cheap. There is zero consistency in design. The walls look unfinished, flooring sometimes feels uneven. The elevators are not working half the time, there is always an issue with power back-up. The Sunteck team does not respond to any complaints. All of this just affects the overall appeal of the home.

The maintenance costs collected every month at Sunteck Signia High are considerably higher than other projects in the area. Also, it’s not like you’re getting your money’s worth in the form of timely services. The apartment is always having some or the other issues. The maintenance team is only active while collecting the payments. When you are living in a premium project and paying a premium amount to live, you expect basic services to be completed on time. There are frequent power cuts, the water supply is shut once every other week, and cleanliness is neglected. Very poor experience.

Living here at Sunteck Signia High is a very bland experience. There is no feeling of community or oneness among the residents. There are no events organized, neither are people interested in interacting with others. You will rarely find children playing in the parks or senior citizens hanging out in society.

Everybody is concerned about only their lives. A lot of people won’t even know their neighbors. This is not a place you would want to be when raising a family. When there is a sense of community, you feel both included and safe

I have experienced bad service from them. They have setup CRM team to help the customer but they don’t know about meaning of customer relationship service. Never give proper answer for specific questions asked. If you ask for ledger then they said there is no provision is made to share with Customer. Advise do not buy flat from them.
