I Booked one flat and cancelled within 10 days of booking. Now no one respond to my calls even shyamraj from finance team who persistently used to call for money blocked my number.
It’s been 1 year and I’m still struggling to get the refund. If you want to meet for refund they keeps you wait for hours and after that also they do not say who is responsible for refund.
Sales manager Manish says it’s not his responsibility and ask head office. Head office says it’s Manish’sales manager’s responsibility.
All of them are liers and doesn’t reply to mail, messages and phone calls.
