(As i had some experience in construction field i calculated the actual price of the apartment).
He is quoting 100% extra amount excluding his profit.
In return he is offering amenities.
I am not ready to pay double price just to enjoy amenities.
In fact for the same amount I can buy a bigger size apartment in the centre of city itself.
So better don’t opt.
