Looks like their sales team is only behind targets and wanting their clients to transfer funds, post which you are ill treated.
CRM - I don’t think they even basic etiquette of responding to their client phone calls or messages.
To get my job done I literally had to reach the top management.
Please don’t get into false promises made by the sales team and feel bad for not getting that fulfilled.
Their cleaning staff spoils the marble flooring and tiles in your house - kindly double check on each and everything.
Would rate negative if I had an option.
