To start with first, the infrastructure of this project is not at all great! Sobha Developers emphasized their project to be one of the best in the real estate industry but it is not even close to what they promised. After moving into this housing complex, I realized that there are so many issues with the management and the builder. The maintenance fees are very high compared to the services and amenities offered at this complex. The staff do not do their work properly and if the residents have any issues, they do not even care to address it! Please do not buy a home here, especially with any of the Sobha Developers’ projects.
