Sobha Developers is one of the reputed builders in Bangalore. That was the impression I had till I invested in their project. But I learnt a lot since then, with respect to customer service, the experience is the worst, never expected such a kind of bad experience from a public listed company. And about CRM, no one bothers to respond to mails or reply to calls. Overall, very very bad experience. Despite having RERA, the builders take customers for granted. pathetic.
