I moved into this home with my parents as they are old and would need a nice and comfortable space to live. I really regret my decision of purchasing a home with Somani Realtors. The surrounding is so dirty and no one cleans it at all! My parents are also having a hard time staying here as there are no facilities for senior citizens. There is not much area for elderly people to take a walk in the building. Very disappointed with this builder as they promise a lot but never live up to it!
A good housing project will have some of the best amenities and will be promising. In the case of Somani Realtors, this builder has just been bluffing everyone in the name of the best housing complexes. The security guards here are not doing their job properly. They are very unprofessional and are never seen at the gate. Overall, a very bad experience with this project and the entire housing complex.
I am resident in this housing project and I must say, this is the worst place that I have lived. The building that I am staying in has a lot of leakage issues and due to this, the walls of the building are soaked with water. Even the walls of my house are absorbing the water which is leaking. This is making the walls weak and I have major concerns related to it. When I informed the management, they said they will get it fixed but nothing has been done about it yet. So unprofessional and such bad behavior from Somani Realtors.
In the case of Somani Realtors, they are never true to their word. Their entire team has no proper knowledge about anything related to housing projects. This complex is the worst in this area and needs a lot of maintenance. The lift in the building does not work properly and is always dirty. Tried calling the maintenance team to get things fixed but they never show up and will just ignore all your concerns. Please do not deal with Somani Realtors for anything related to homes.
At first I thought Somani Realtors will be a good real estate company because of the way they market their company and houses. When I recently moved into one of their projects, I was shocked to see the state of the housing complex. The infrastructure is really very poor and there are hardly any amenities in the entire complex. The paint in the house is also of very low quality and has started to wear off. Do not even think of buying a house here!
