I would not recommend any property through Somani. They promise the buyers anything and later deny that. I have suffered a lot while buying a property in Patuli.
I shall suggest not to fully rely on any verbal communications and check the agreement copy before even giving application/booking amount because that won’t be refunded at all. Money is precious and all hard earned remember.
