I purchased a flat in Sowparnika Sanvi Phase 2 in April 2018. Since the registration, the builder has consistently promised to deliver the Occupancy Certificate (OC) within a few months. However, after I moved into the society and the builder handed over the maintenance work to the residents, I kept receiving one delayed promise after another. Now, more than six years have passed, and we still haven’t received the OC from the builder. They are highly untrustworthy – once the registration is complete, they stop responding to emails, and even when you visit their office, no one will assist you. My advice is to thoroughly research the OC status of any project before investing your hard-earned money. Don’t trust the salespeople; they are only interested in making a sale. All the CRM teams are equally ineffective and only seem to want to trap you in the builder’s scam.
