Cheater, frauder. These are the only 2 words I can suggest for them.
I bought a flat in Kartkiya Kunj project(Sector 3, Karanjhade) in 2011, got possession in 2016, and after 4 years of possession the wall plaster has started to drop and lot of wall cracks have started to appear.After sharing the video with builder of the wall cracks, he is least bothered and don’t reply to the questions. That’s not the only issue, there many more.
Don’t ever buy any flat from Kartikya Spaces (marketed by space India) builder. Bunch of cheaters.
