The survey 79/5 is under litigation with high court, hence many owners want to sell their apartment, but cannot do so. There is no proper documentation for this apartment.

Many apartments are on sale in srinivasa diamond, bellandur, because the apartment has lot of issues.

Construction is not good, lots of leakages, water is not clean, all pipes are broken and there are also sewage issues . The backside stinks because of sewage. The lifts are having lots of issues

All projects from this builders are disputed because of no proper land docuemnts. There are many disputes between owners, landlord and builders.

So none of the owners are able to sell their apartments. The builder is not genuine and has not got permissions for BBMP. Hence nobody can sell apartment here, so not worth to buy in srinivasa dimaond

Worst construction, leakages in most of flats in this apartment.

Too much noise pollution.

Appearances are deceptive.perfectly true for Srinivasa Diamond.never buy or rent.already rent is very high in this apartment.

Most tenants bachelors and PG’s, so lots of nuisance

No amenities at all.

This apartment is in very bad shape.

Lots of leakage issue.

Lift not working.

I checked with some brokers in Bellandur and they told that srinivasa diamond apartment is not having Khata and Occupancy certificate.

The builder is illegally staying in Pent house

As per the broker, such apartments should not cost more than 45 lacs as it is B khata with no documentation.

So beware while buying in this apartment . Check all the documents .
