Feedback on channel partner Investoxpert:
I had a fraudulent experience with Investoxpert, a channel partner. After exiting a deal with Sumadhura’ Folium’s sales team, I received a call from Investoxpert while driving home. They somehow knew about my deal and offered me a credit note to fit my budget. Hoping, I will get the credit note, I booked an apartment in Phase 3. However, once the sale agreement was completed and they received their commission, they stopped answering my calls and ignored my requests for a refund of the credit note. I’m considering legal action and invite anyone in a similar situation to contact me my responding on this post, if you’d like to collaborate. I urge Sumadhura’s management and leadership to address this issue and avoid working with such fraudulent channel partners, as it reflects poorly on Sumadhura’s reputation.
