Hi hereby telling to be caution before buying or booking the flat because my name is perumal and I have come from Chennai and brought a flat in sumadhura constructions in the projects of Sumadhura lake breeze. which is located in kundalahalli jn, white field., I have bought a flat with them, due I was not able pay full amount before the agreement now they r not giving my advance money and as am new some phone calls r coming saying that they will kill me if I did not go my village. but if I ask money they saying that they refund it 15% of my cancellation am scared and worried, if the money is not paid we don’t have any thing to leave because I have sold my property in my village please here after ask any one who know about your property then buy, don’t be like me
