My father bought a flat in this society in 2010 and the builder said that it will be completed till 2015 but it’s 2024 and builder renounce himself insolvent and the project is still under construction only 4 buildings (A, B, C & D) are partly functional there is a suit instituted against the builder...now the builder is committing fraud by selling those flats which are already sold to someone.
