I bought a 2 bhk flat in February 2019 in a supertech the valley, sector 78 Gurgaon, and have done 40% of the total amount of the flat. Five years have passed, but there is still no construction on the site, and even they have not dig the soil of the F tower. Now they are giving excuses and making a new story on every 2 months that we have transferred this land to the other builder, and they will do construction in the next 2 years, and you will get possession of the flat in the next 2 years. We have also applied for the fresh rera, and now we are waiting for the same. Being a customer, I have been frustrated because I invested my hard-earned money in the project to get a flat, but now I feel cheated by the builder. Rera and the government are not taking any action against this builder. Also, the people who cancelled the booking of the flat have not received a single penny from the builder; I mean, they are not returning the amount to the customer. So before investing your hard-earned money in the supertech, please think 1000 times. They are fraud builders, and the government . can’t do anything to them.
