I visited the site today.They put up fake Board ’Possession soon’.I went inside.Nothing was done except structire.That is how the Supertech company has continued to cheat public despite several whippings by the courts concered .Mr Arora CMD and his team is continuing to cheat people throught India by employing people like Naresh Samineni in order to cheat telugu speaking people. Micasa Supertech is a cheating reality company.I booked a flat vide B1003 on 27th April 2016 at Micasa Bangalore.Possession was supposed to be given by 31st Jan 2017.Till now there is no response .Mr Naresh who had claimed to be Bussiness Manager talked me in to buying the apartment.I payed 60 percent of the amount.When I tried to call him on2nd Jan2019, he was very restless and used very bad words against me .Being a senior proffesional I am going to take very stringent action against Super Tech. There have been several orders of Courts and RERA against Super Tech all over India.Recent order of Haryana RERA initiated criminal action against Supertech.My legal action is underway.Supertech cheated several people in Haryana and UP.Now they are out to cheat public in Bangalore for which acts, they shall have to close down all the projects and refund the money to thier victims.Government of India and all state governments are being alerted over the public and out right cheating by Supertech Reality firm through out India bringing bad name to honest realtors.
