The promoter is the most dishonest person in the whole scenario. He bought the land from land owners, but was not clean in paying them properly. The land owners in turn started renting their flat to call girls, which started giving a bad name to the society and neighborhood. The promoter did not take any action. Next these land owners along with few other flat owners stopped paying maintenance fee. The promoter, instead of taking any action, stopped all the services in the society, and people who paid the maintenance also started suffering. When these honest people wanted to talk with the promoter on this situation, he refused to talk, and then said he will only talk with max 5 people from the association, but will not listen to everybody’s grievances. The promoter used very bad quality brick, sand, cement for construction and as a result the building looks like ten years old instead of five years. Also the tiles that were put on walls and floor are coming out due to bad cement. The walls absorb moisture during rains, and started shedding the paint. Overall do not invest your hard earned money here.
