I’m extremely disappointed with the way our society clubhouse is being managed. The hall, lawn, and even the pool area—which are meant for residents’ enjoyment—are being rented out to outsiders without any consideration for the privacy and comfort of those living here. This not only creates crowding and inconvenience but also results in a breach of privacy, especially in sensitive areas like the pool, where residents expect a secure and exclusive environment.
When these concerns were raised, the management’s response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the genuine issues of the residents, they chose to behave in an impolite and unprofessional manner.
A society’s facilities should be dedicated to its residents, not turned into a commercial enterprise at the expense of the community’s comfort and privacy. I urge the authorities to prioritize residents’ well-being and put an immediate stop to these practices.
Would not recommend dealing with this management unless they start respecting the voices of the residents!
