I purchased two flats from this builder in “Tharwanis Meghna Montana” with the clear assurance that a specific appliance would be included as part of the amenities. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, the promised appliance was never provided. When I approached their representative, Mr. Mankush Agicha, for clarification, I received a dismissive response: “mai nahi dunga jo karna hai karlo.”
To make matters worse, Mr. Agicha stated, “I have that appliance, paise deke lelo, saste mein dedunga.” This comment makes me suspect that the appliances might be sold off the books, raising serious concerns about the builders practices and transparency.
In addition to this broken promise, I found the overall experience extremely disappointing. The staff were not polite, and the finishing of the flats was not at all up to the mark. It seems that quality and customer service take a backseat to other priorities in this project.
I invested a significant amount of money based on the commitments made during the sales process. Transparency and accountability are essential in any real estate transaction, and unfortunately, my experience with both the builder and their staff has been far from satisfactory.
I share this review in the hope that future customers will exercise caution, verify all commitments before investing, or consider a different builder entirely as the staff of this builder make lot of false claims and promises. I also hope that the builder takes these concerns seriously, works to improve both their customer service and construction quality, and reconsiders Mr. Agichas role, as I have heard similar reports of unprofessional behavior from him regarding other customers.
