The lobby and common areas are compact, and the entry lane is narrow enough that two SUVs feel like they’re competing for space. For the price bracket Matunga demands, the lack of open space might feel like a manipulative trade-off. I also felt the building sits extremely close to the neighbouring structures, so natural light may or may not seep through, depending on the floor.
