I love TVS group for their transparency, they never charge any hidden cost. All of their staff are really polite humble and helpful. They helped me a lot when I was looking for an apartment to buy.

I am one of the villa owner who bout a villa on 2019 from TVS emerald green acres project SITUATED IN KOLAPAKKAM NEAR VANADALOOR. I STRONLY RECOMMEND ALL NOT TO BUY ANY PROPERT FROM TVS. BECAUSE TRUSTED NAME OF TVS I BOUGHT VILLA. but the quality of building is very poor. we agreement for maintenance after sale o 5 years. During this 5 year period their maintenance in our community is EXTREMELY POOR. they are not handing over clubhouse and other amenities properly. SEWAGE WATER PLANT IS NOT BEING OPERATED PROPERLY. TVS is letting the sewage water into NEARBY LAND.when we ask TVS for proper approval of this plant for last 2 years. but until now they are not submitting the approval. VERY WORST SERVICE. VERY POOR QUALITY OF BUILDING. PLS DO NOT BUY ANY property from TVS Checked with all our friends from other TVS project.they are also telling the same that their building quality is extremely poor and service is very worst. TVS MANAGEMENT IS VERY ARROGANT.

Like all I read TVS Emerald reviews before buying a property in TVS Emerald Peninsula. There were only a few bad reviews . The sales person Mr. Deepak was very convincing and great. The project is near completion now but the TVS Emerald is only now showing its true colours. TVS is saying they will not register the property without the last 5% payment and they are not ready to tell when they will handover the property , which could be year a from now also with no hold over when TVS will handover the property. The additional work that the sales person promised can be done is also not forthcoming from TVS.TVS is all goody goody sales but very poor experience afterwards. They don’t have any empathy towards their customers . Very callous response. Also for every question we ask we have to go on following up with them. Regret buying with them. Reading the few bad reviews that it only some people. If you haven’t brought be warned they have very poor attitude with customers once you have brought any property with them . I would give 0stars if possible

I went to see the flat which was under construction and booked by the flase promise they gave that the flat will be handedover in June 2024. Without giving any documents to read they collected the 10% as token advance. But while reading the sale agreement they have mentioned as per ReRa it will be handedover till Dec 2026.


When we claimed for refund they have deductedRs1, 18000/ including GST. Till date they are not giving any detailsfor cancellation .


Please don’t believethe sales teams promises and pay any token advance. They are spoiling the goodwill earned by TVS. This is not the TVS who had a reputation for keeping its promises and words.


Sales and office is full of cheats.


They are eating the hard earned money of the innocent public.


They will not say anything regarding deduction of amount before signing the document.


Don’t fall for the name TVS.


Even 1 day delay they are charging rate of interest. But they refunded my money after 1 monthafter deduction.

I have purchased 4bhk Luxe villa in Aaranya.I strongly advise against expecting any post-sales customer support from TVS. While their sales team is convincing and adheres to timelines, the CRM team for post-sales support is extremely unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarity on issues, I’ve received no response. Even with changes in management and team heads, there has been no improvement in the CRM process. It’s disappointing to invest in a home and not receive adequate support for queries. TVS seems more focused on raising demands and collecting money rather than resolving customer concerns. While they expect timely payments, the same level of timeliness is not applied to customer query resolution. My recommendation is not to rely on the CRM team for support after your purchase."
