Dear society owner,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of the security guard at our society. Unfortunately, I have experienced rudeness from them on multiple occasions, It appears that they lack the necessary skills to communicate effectively and politely with visitors.
I kindly request that you address this issue and provide training or guidance to the security personnel on how to interact with residents and guests in a respectful and courteous manner. This would greatly enhance the overall experience of living in our society.
