I am a flat owner in this community and builder made so many big promises of finishing amenities while we purchased apartment 2+years back stating all will be done in next 3 months and till now we are struggling to get the basic amenities completed.
Pros -
1.good community with support from all owners
Scenic view from flat
Huge balconies for luxuria flat
Cons-
Not livable due to issues like monkeys, rats, snakes anytime coming
Bescom often disconnects power for whole apartment due to non-payment of builder and landlord flats
Maintenance would be less in Prestige Shanthiniketan compared to here cause builder and landlord pending flats no payment of maintenance
Most of corpus already used by builder in fixing lifts and swimming pools
Swimming pools are not workable and keep on leaking always threatening the parking of vehicles below the pool
No amenities provided which is promised in brochure and by builder
P.s. - positive reviews as of 31-may-2021 are paid reviews by builder on google and beware before entering the scam unless u want high maintenance and low quality living. Builder is not trustworthy at all since he keeps on giving fake promises to complete his pending work but after 100% payment is done he does not even bother to turn back and reply to ur concerns.
