1. They’ll contact you hundreds of times before you are trapped in their fake promises.

   
   




2. They never allow customers to visit their own flat to see or inspect the quality of development they are doing

   
   




3. CRM team is very irresponsible and never responds mostly when called for any query on property booked or payments.

   
   




4. Customers mostly get random mails from the company about penalty payments. Crm always give excuse saying their system has fault. Their fault is never corrected even after 1000’s of customer complains
