Huge mistake booking a flat with Vajram ( C1502) in their Newtown -1 project ( Bangalore) . They basically stole my more then Rs. 25 lakh advance deposit! They canceled my booking for no reason ( probably to resell for more money) and won’t refund my total money - it’s been over 150 days after

These guys are cheats. They constantly lie about the Occupancy Certificate ( OC) and never deliver. Every time, there was a new promise date and an explanation for the delay, eventually which also stopped later as they stopped responding to calls and replying to emails. They have terrible communication, bad quality work, and who knows what else. The owner himself seems shady, and the staff ( Yaseen and Sivakumar) are useless. Don’t even get me started on their MD—the ringleader of this whole mess, who’ll never come in the picture and upon calling, will say "I don’t know the matter, talk to someone else"
Do yourself a favor and avoid Vajram! There are way better builders out there. Talk to other buyers and read reviews before you get stuck like me.
