I would suggest buyers to stay away from Vandana Earl’s Court project in kudlu and also the builder Vandana Infra. This is a fraud project from a fraud builder! Some major reasons include:
1) There is no OC, CC, Khatha, NOC and no proper building documents.
2) Large scale deviations from the sanctioned plan.
3) The builder is involved in civil and criminal cases for selling some flats twice to two different people.
4) Parking irregularities.
5) shoddy maintenance and poor construction quality.
On top of all this once the builder sells the flat he a shows high handedness and high brazeness!
Residents are now suffering in the hands of this builder and are at the mercy of the civic authorities.
I would advise people not to waste their hard earned money on such errant builders who have no sense of any morality and act as if they are above the law.
