This is an update to all prospective buyers & renters on the issue of outstanding maintenance dues owed by the builder to the society since 2015.
According to reports, all dues have magically disappeared, conveniently settled through dubious discounts extended to certain ex-committee members who have conveniently acquired additional flats and extra parking during their tenure.
The list of ex-committee members involved in this shady dealing exploiting their positions for personal gain are:
Vishnu Valliappan - Flat no. C306 & C310
Narayana Vedampudi - Flat no. B106 & C010
Simhachalam Naidu - Flat no. B310 & C105
Navaneeth Raju - Flat no. A307 & A304
All of them benefited from discounted purchases and extra parking in collusion with the builder misusing their position by cheating and betraying people.
Due to all these reasons, the society registration was cancelled by the High Court in 2021.
