The last chance given by the High Court of Karnataka vide its order dated 02-06-2023 in case no. WA 48/2022 to form a legally compliant association within 4 weeks has expired last week. We are currently back to square one and consulting with our lawyer Mr. Naveed Ahmed for the possible next steps.
This is just to keep the buyers/renters informed so they don’t regret later after moving into the apartment. There are lots of legal issues going on in the apartment which might come as a surprise to the prospective buyers/tenants later hence this post to keep all of them aware.
