Factual review:
The fact of the matter is this building is completely illegal and unauthorized construction without any approval or permission from BBMP. The builder has cheated the buyers and disappeared. Now the residents are facing issues with frequent inspection visits and notices issued by the local authorities including bescom, bbmp, kspcb, bwssb etc.
Several cases are running against builder and his agents illegal association cancelled by the high court asking these agents to form a valid association authorized to collect maintenance. These agents even played a fraud with the court and now going to face the consequences of their frauds when they appear in the court the next time.
Caution to the tenants/buyers:
Wake up to the reality and don’t believe these builder agents who are giving you a rosy picture about the apartment only to cheat you later.
