Vasavi group staff is not good to speak with custo

The construction projects may be good but the staff give totally false information do not like the Ananda nilayam project..a common man or middle class people can’t buy property with them

They will never be


on time. Delay delivery with compromised quality.

No follow up for the terrace

It has been many a times that the builder has failed to give positive feedback in regards to the usage of the terrace space. It is the tenants now who are confused if or not they will be able to contact the builders since they have the ownership.

Poor roofs

Since the construction of the roofs are not taken into proper consideration, it is seen that it has led to many cases of water penetration into the houses and is considered as one of the major Design Deficiencies that needs to be adequately be taken care of so as to cater to many of the randomly arising needs.
