Even After one year of OC, we have electricity, water issues, Suraksha builder is charging very high maintenance, service provided by builder is very poor. We are still waiting for gas pipeline, after one year of possession. There are leakages which are not fixed by builder. Staff of builder is very Rude and not cooperative. Builder don’t care.. please think before buying any projects of Suraksh builder.
