Fraud builder. Purchased one flat from him in 2013 in vishwavihar society, ambegaon , pune. He hasn’t provided parking or basic emenities even after 5 years. Total mental harrasment.
Had agreement that he will pay emi till possession but he didnt which severely impacted my cibil.
This is case with all society members.
Please dont purchase flat from him.
