I made mistake by booking there, but cancelled it in 3-4 days. after knowing following fact:
They says its uppar-Kharadi, but its Manjari Gaon
Approach road seems seems to be too small.
Check possession date in rera site, don’t believe on them, there was 3 years difference between actual rera date and date they told me while booking. Thank god, I got it cancelled.
Also cancellation charge are too high with this builder.
