I had give token for R10, and cancelled as I dont want to go with it. As promised while booking, there cancellation process is not smooth.
Fisrt after repatative follow up they gave cheque which was bounce due to invalid signature.
After Returning that invalid cheque, they havent reissued another cheque even after 1month. On enquing they are fingure pointing among themselves.
Now when I want to escalate the issue, they do not have any customer care service. Only the have sales services.
They are not allowing to reach out to their higher officials to escalate the issue.
This is very pathetic service and I am thinking of apporching consumer court for the same. If anyone has any input or advice, please let me know.
