Room sizes in620 sq.ft. 2BHK seems bigger than that of 740 Sq.Ft.of nearby projects. also they are providing premium facilities with the flat(not giving just a raw flat). A project one must visit before listening to bullshit people keep posting paid review on various sites. First visit then believe. Most of the negative comments are through paid services and financed by Competitors who themselves don’t give transparent information
